Eating after Exercise

We all know that we should eat healthy and exercise in order to lose weight but most of the time when we are back from gym after a good workout, we think of rewarding ourselves with good treats like cakes, donuts, fizzy drink and other sugary stuff, as a result we eat more calories then required by the body and gain weight. So whenever possible we should take a fruit or a sandwich after exercise to maintain healthy weight. If you are serious about losing weight then you should keep away from foods that can contribute to weight gain.
