Don't give up Exercise


I think, Summer is a great time to lose weight and to get into shape. Many of us begin exercise regime but give up quickly if we don’t see result in couple of weeks. It is important to have a goal one which is realistic and that can be achieved. Ask any person who is successful in whatever they are doing what motivates them, and most likely they will say "goals". Goal Setting is the key to motivation and success. Goal Setting is very important. A person without goal is like going on road without map. I hear people around me telling me that they want to lose weight, but they don't want to change the way they live to reach that goal. So don't give up exercise, i am sure you will see great result in few days
