Keeping Your Children Active

Our modern day life is becoming more complicated and is increasingly fast paced. So many parents are not able to spend quality time with their children. We find that most children spend their time sitting in front of the television or computer watching their favourite cartoon or chatting with friends on the internet. As a result they are all living a sedentary life.
We should encourage children to take up active sports like swimming, cycling, walk them to school, parks and shops when ever possible. All these activities will make a big difference in their life. It will help them burn excess fat and help them stay fit and maintain a healthy weight.
