Aerobic Exercise

Do you do Aerobic exercise? What I feel that Aerobic exercise should be stimulating but not stressful; it should take effort but not exhausting.
If you are fit enough you should be able to do it twenty to thirty minutes or longer. Someone the other day day asked me how to measure the intensity. I told him if you can't talk when you are doing aerobic exercise then probably you are going too hard.
But always remember to do warm-up and cool down before and after each session of aerobic exercise to avoid injury. Above all it is always advisable to consult your Doctor before starting aerobic exercise.
