Researcher found that people who eat wholegrain breakfast cereal were 26% less likely to have an incident of heart failure compared to people who preferred refined cereals.
Even eating wholegrain cereals once a week may reduce heart failure risk by 14%.

Simple ways to lose weight and look younger

1.Eat slowly,
