Why do we need to Excercise?

We need to Exercise for the following reasons.
1) To lose extra kilos
2) To maintain control weight
3) To lower the blood pressure
4) To slow down the process of ageing
5) To reduce the risk of heart disease
6) To speed up the metabolism
7) To enhance your immune system
8) To reduce the stress level
9) To look and feel good
So there is No reason why we should not excercise.
