How can I lose weight?

Many of us want to lose weight but are not consistent with the workout. When we don’t see results in couple of weeks we give up. It is very important that we set a goal before we begin any exercise. You can start with 10 min and then gradually increasing it to 30 min a day. Don’t forget to increase your efforts and workouts. You need to disciplined and stay motivated to get the result.
