Blood pressure or hypertension is known as a silent killer because most people have it without having any symptoms. High blood pressure can cause the heart to enlarge and weaken and it also damages the blood vessels. However, there are ways by which you can reduce your blood pressure by making small changes in your lifestyle and eating habits.
1) Reduce your weight :-
Having fat around the stomach is thought to increase the risk of high blood pressure. So it is recommended to do some kind of physical activity or gentle exercise to get the heart pumping blood more efficiently around the body.
2) Eat Banana :-
The potassium in banana works with the salt to regulate body blood pressure. If you eat more banana the potassium will help to get rid of more sodium from your body.
