Can Dieting Really Make You Healthy?

Most people do strict dieting in order to lose weight and stay healthy. However they miss out on food which is very essential and plays an important role in keeping our body healthy.
By depriving the body of all the healthy nutrients, like protein, vitamin, minerals. The body will go under stress and become weak.
The successful strategy for losing weight is to make right food choices, eating plenty of fruit and vegetables, nuts ,cereals and whole grains is all that our body needs in order to fit and healthy at all times.
