Coping with Stress.

In today’s modern world, stress is the main cause for all problems.
Anything from raising a child on your own, losing a job, death of spouse, divorce, illness, financial changes, are some of the situations that may lead to some serious problems like increased blood pressure and heavy breathing. In short anything that causes change in your daily routine is stressful. Try to look at change as a positive challenge, not as a threat.
It is not possible to completely eliminate stress from our life, but we can surely find ways to reduce the level of stress.
By practicing meditation and yoga we can greatly reduce the level of stress. It makes you feel more calm and relaxed. Also going for a walk in natural surroundings and breathing in fresh air would work wonders
